These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and your participation in our A2P messaging programs operated by Ello Entertainment (“we,” “us,” “our”). By opting in or using our site, you agree to these Terms.
1. Use of Website & Services
You may use our website and services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
When you opt in to our messaging service, you represent that you are the owner or authorized user of the mobile phone number you provide and that you consent to receive messages from us.
2. Messaging Service & Frequency
When you subscribe to our A2P messaging service, you agree to receive messages from us including updates, alerts, reminders, and promotional offers relating to Ello Entertainment and its activities.
Message Frequency: Up to 4 messages per month (frequency may vary based on campaigns).
Message and data rates may apply per your mobile carrier’s terms.
3. Opt-Out / Help
You can opt out of receiving messages at any time by replying STOP to any message we send. After you send STOP, you may receive a confirmation message and then no further messages from us.

If you re-subscribe in the future, you may begin receiving messages again once you provide your number and consent again.
4. Ownership, Intellectual Property & Website Content
All content on the website (including text, graphics, images, logos, and videos) is owned or licensed by us and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, distribute, modify, publicly display, or otherwise use the website content outside permitted uses without our prior written consent.
5. Liability, Disclaimers & Indemnification
We strive to send messages as intended, but we do not guarantee delivery, completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of any message. We are not liable for any damages arising from delayed, failed, or undelivered messages, or from your reliance on the content of such messages.
Our services are provided “as-is,” and we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, and costs (including legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, violation of law, or infringement of third-party rights.
6. Changes to Service or Terms
We may change or discontinue the messaging service, in whole or in part, at any time without prior notice.
We may also update these Terms at any time. The revised Terms will be posted on our website with an updated “Effective Date.” Your continued use of the service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New York.
